UI Schools and faculties receive a 25% discount on night fees when paid through a project number.
A fixed service fee of ISK 7,500 is added per room. Rooms are cleaned after departure, but not during the stay. If you would like cleaning during your stay, it can be arranged for a fee by sending an email to gestaibudir@hi.is.

Payment
Guests paying for their stay themselves will receive a payment link upon arrival, but it is also possible to come by the Service Desk at the University Centre. Payment needs to be made before the end of the stay. You can also ask to have an invoice sent to institutions outside the University of Iceland, both in Iceland and abroad.
