Student wellbeing

The Student Counselling Centre can guide you on maintaining good mental health, fostering a positive mindset, and utilising personal strengths in academic work.

You can also find various resources online, like The Five Ways to Wellbeing from Mental Health Ireland, which provides practical tips. This project is based on an evidence review of the most effective ways to care for and improve our mental health and wellbeing.

If needed, there are also Psychological services available to UI students; you can find helpful advice and resources on their page. In addition, students also have access to the Student Psychology Counselling Service

The Student Counselling website also provides self-help and educational resources to support students' mental well-being.
