Out of office and automatic reply in Teams

Here is how to setup "Out of Office" and automatic replies in Teams.

  1. Go to Settings → General. Scroll down and select "Schedule":forwarding 2.png
  2. In this menu you can set up automatic replies with the option to have it active for a certain time period. Once you return remember to turn off this setting if you haven't set up a time period:forwarding 3.png
