EndNote

Students and employees at the University of Iceland have access to the EndNote software, available for Windows and macOS. EndNote is downloaded through Ugla. Please note that the software is not intended for distribution.

It is important to update EndNote immediately so that it will appear correctly in Word.

Please keep in mind the following:

Windows

Users will need to right-click on the EndNote folder and select "Extract All..." so that EndNote can locate the licence file during the installation. Make sure to open the extracted folder and run the installer from there:

MacOS

Once the app has been installed, open it, update it and create a reference library.
